Returns
Should Sex Chocolate products not bring you pleasure, we make refunds and returns simple and quick to initiate. To contact us, email sales@sextz.com or use our Contact form.Returns must be initiated within 14 days of order delivery.
Do not ship your return to us prior to contacting and receiving approval from customer support.
If your item is damaged, broken, opened, or melted upon arrival, please contact us and we will provide a replacement upon reasonable proof.
If you do not like Sex Chocolate, a reasonable portion of your order must be fully intact and unopened. Upon our instruction, remaining items must be returned to our facility in original condition to qualify for a full refund. Return shipping fees from USPS may apply.
We will send you a prepaid shipping label if you qualify for a return. In some instances, return shipping fees from USPS may apply.
We may ask you to take a photo of your return for context.
Please allow for delivery delays during peak order periods. Items that arrive significantly later than expected may qualify for a partial refund, unless notice of delay is given and cancellation options are offered.
Refunds
Refunds are credited to your original form of payment. Please allow up to ten days for your refund to be processed upon approval.Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within ten days, depending on your credit card provider processing times.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Sale Items
If you ordered a sale item, the amount of your refund will be commensurate with the sale price at the time of your order.Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us. A photo of the item you received may be required.Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
